Tuija Väyrynen is a specialist at E2 Research, working with data collection, analysis, and project communications in research projects and client assignments.
She has strong expertise in participation-focused projects that engage underrepresented and hard-to-reach groups. Väyrynen has developed participation methods that support the collection and presentation of participants’ perspectives in accessible and trust-building ways. Her research practice combines qualitative and quantitative methods, strengthening the diversity and relevance of the data produced.
Väyrynen holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Tampere University. She is particularly interested in value and attitude changes, questions of participation and inclusion, and the dissemination of research knowledge through new forms of science communication.
